In 2009 we had a record number of Kids romping through the grass Saturday morning gathering over 29,000 plastic eggs stuffed with chocolate goodies. When the gates opened, kids raced to the pony rides, petting zoo or got in line to plant their own vegetable seeds to take home. At 11:00am, a fire truck from Columbia River Fire and Rescue, sounded the siren to start the hunt for over 1,700 kids with over 1,500 parents and grandparents watching and taking pictures.
