Surrounded by large maple trees, this octagon-shaped building has high beamed ceilings and a full commercial kitchen. It works well for formal dinners & weddings as well as trade expos and animal shows. On the exterior of the building are 16 covered booth spaces that are ideal for trade shows or any event that may need vendor space. Each booth has light and power and a few have direct access to water. This building has a large loading door that allows access for boats and cars. There are no restrictions on the use of the kitchen – you can cook yourself or hire your favorite caterer. Not sure where to go? We can provide a list of local favorites.

4-H Building

This quaint building has a general meeting room and 2 breakout rooms that work well for company meetings & retreats. This space is nice for organizations and clubs to have their annual get-togethers. This building has a large commercial kitchen and showers in both the men's & women's restrooms. RV parking is available for multiple day events.

BBQ Area

Having a company picnic? This great park-like setting is the perfect place. We offer a covered BBQ area surrounded by large shade trees and open grassy areas. This is  an ideal area for to plan activities for any sized group. Additional picnic tables are available upon request.

Includes: horse shoe area & 6 to 10 picnic tables (Grill surface 8’ x 3’5” / covered area 36’ x 36’)

Entire Grounds

We have everything you need to build your own event. Indoor and outdoor spaces, plenty of parking and RV spaces in a beautiful country setting makes this the ideal place to hold any event.

Includes: Pavilion Building, 4-H Building, ticket booths, information booth, stage, Agricultural Building & Floral Building, BBQ area & outside restrooms. Rental space is from the fence between the BBQ area & Rodeo arena west. Does not include the Rodeo Arena, parking area or camping fees.

Rodeo Arena

The outdoor arena has grandstand seating for up to 3,000, an announcer’s stand, concession booth and arena lights for evening events.
