Livestock Entry Form
Livestock Entry Information (Applies to large and small
animals)
Poultry & Rabbits/ Cavies must arrive between 9am
- 12noon & 3pm - 5pm on Sunday, July 13, 2008.
Horses must
check in from 4pm -6pm on Friday, July 18 or from 7am
-9am & 11am - 12noon on Saturday, July 19, 2008
All other animal entries must arrive between 8 am and 8 pm on Tuesday,
July 15, 2008; unless otherwise stated.

Vet checks are REQUIRED at the livestock gate prior to
entering the Event Complex grounds. Please use
livestock gate only.
* Entries will be released after 5:30 pm on
Sunday, July 20, 2008
*
Management reserves the right to limit entries to
facilities available, and to limit the
number of entries of an exhibitor or family.
*
Residents of Columbia
County will have the first chance to register, check with each
department’s Superintendent for more information.
*
Exhibitors will be responsible for filling out Exhibitor
cards. Superintendent will not
be responsible for errors on the Exhibitor cards or
entry forms.
* Awards will not be given on any exhibit unless,
in the Judge’s discretion, it is deemed
meritorious.

Horticulture, Artistic Arrangement
(floral) Monday 3pm - 8pm & Tuesday, July 15th from 8am
-11am.
* Age Categories are as
follows:
Adult: 18 yrs and over
Teen: 13 - 17 yrs
Youth: 6 - 12 yrs
Preschool: Under 6 yrs
